There is one purpose to life and one only: to bear witness to and understand as much as possible of the complexity of the world—its beauty, its mysteries, its riddles. The more you understand, the more you look, the greater is your enjoyment of life and your sense of peace. That’s all there is to it. Never – and that means never – lay blame on other people or external events.
If the Creator is in everything, then we must embrace that everything in our lives is from the Creator.
If someone does something bad to us, we have the ability to use it to help us grow.

The truth is that there will always be someone to blame and sometimes we may even be right in thinking it is their fault.

But do you want to be right? Or do you want to be happy?
The second you take spiritual responsibility for your life on all levels, you leave victimhood.

You become a co-Creator, connecting to the Light.

We can’t get what we want by having a fantasy about it. We have to be willing to do something to make it happen.

Maybe you haven’t been willing to get up an hour earlier to go to the gym for a fit body, or maybe you would rather be liked then upset your colleagues with a new idea.

What haven’t you been willing to do to make your dreams come true? Whatever the answer is, it’s the missing link! This answer is the only thing missing in turning your dreams into a reality!

Be As Clear As Possible

You don’t want to hurt other people’s feelings.  So when you don’t want to date someone or see someone anymore, you don’t tell them that.  You lie.  You call it being nice.  Folks set up some dramatic scenes to that justify getting mad and ending things, or we give excuses that leave others hanging.

Let go of the drama.  Tie up loose ends.  If you know where you’re at with someone, you can be diplomatic, but be as clear as you can be.

Be clear with yourself, too.  Watch the behavior of other people.  Are they making excuses to you why they can’t be with you?  Are you making excuses about why they don’t call?  Some of us wait a long time for someone who’s not even thinking about us.

Stop telling others what they want to hear, when that’s not the truth.  Stop telling yourself what you want to hear, when what your telling yourself isn’t the truth, either.  Don’t leave other people hanging.  Don’t put yourself on hold.

Be as clear as you can be, with other people and with yourself.

It’s the compassionate thing to do.

Compassionate action starts with seeing yourself when you start to make yourself right and when you start to make yourself wrong. At that point you could just contemplate the fact that there is a larger alternative to either of those, a more tender, shaky kind of place where you could live.
